What is white-label delivery software?
It's your own delivery business — a branded customer app, a rider app, and a dispatch dashboard — running on Relay's engine underneath. Your customers see your name; the technology is ours. You run the operation; we keep it running.
Will my customers know it's Relay?
Not inside the product. Your name and branding appear across the apps, tracking, notifications and receipts, with no Relay branding. You can publish through your own Apple and Google developer accounts, or ask us to publish for you. If we publish, our developer name may appear on the app-store listing.
Who owns my customers and my data?
You do. Your brand, customer relationships and order data belong to you, and you can take a full copy any time. Relay owns and licenses the engine underneath. How you leave and what happens to your data are written into the agreement before launch.
How does plugging into Relay's demand work?
Eligible fleets can receive overflow jobs from Relay's fulfilment-centre network when work is available in their area. You choose which jobs to accept. Access does not guarantee a particular volume, but it gives your riders another source of work beyond your own customers.
What does it cost?
The build starts at ₦7.5m — a one-time fee, not a subscription — covering your core product: branded customer and rider apps, store publishing under your developer accounts or ours, a dispatch dashboard, live tracking, distance pricing, rider management and payments. Freight, multi-stop route optimisation, a corporate portal, car hire and custom integrations are scoped and quoted on top. To run it, pick one of three plans. Standard is pay-as-you-go: ₦100 per delivery for the first 1,000 a month, ₦85 for the next 9,000, ₦55 above 10,000, plus hosting at ₦250k a month (or self-host with no monthly). Premium is a flat ₦1.5m a month — no per-order fee, hosting included, and a named engineer with priority fixes. Enterprise is ₦2.5m a month — a dedicated engineer embedded with your team, an agreed feature roadmap, and on-call support. Most operators start on Standard and move up as volume grows.
Can I run it on my own servers?
Yes. Host it with us and we run, back up and maintain everything, or keep it fully in-house and run it yourself. Either way the engine is licensed to you, not sold.
How long does it take to launch?
We target about four weeks for the core customer app, rider app and dispatch dashboard once the scope and brand assets are approved. Apple and Google control their review timelines, and bespoke features can extend the build.
