How to use Relay
Set up in minutes. Follow along.

Every order you take goes straight to your fulfillment center, and you watch it move from their shelf to your customer's door. The customer tracks it themselves with a six-digit PIN, so they stop asking you for updates.
Step 01
Download Relay and pick Merchant.
Install the app, open it, and choose the Merchant card on the role picker.
- Sign up with your phone number — about 30 seconds.
- Already have a code from your center? Tap “I have an invite code” to skip ahead.
Step 02
Paste the invite code your center sent you.
Your fulfillment center sends you a code. Pasting it links every future order straight to them.
- Open Profile, then tap Enter invite code.
- Paste the code — it looks like MEA-0E0489 — and tap Join.
Step 03
Load your products in one go.
Your products live on the Inventory tab with photos, prices and stock counts. Import them instead of typing each one.
- Tap Import products and upload a CSV from a spreadsheet, or
- Paste your store link and Relay pulls the catalogue for you.
- Stock drops itself on every order, so you never promise what you've run out of.
Step 04
Tap the orange + to start an order.
Every order you create or receive sits on the Orders tab. The floating + button starts a new one.
- Tap + then New order.
- Delivery is already selected. Switch to Pickup if the customer is collecting.
Step 05
Paste the message your customer sent.
Whatever they wrote — name, phone, address, items, all jumbled together — paste it into one box and Relay pulls out each field.
- Tap Paste and drop in the message exactly as you got it.
- Tap Review order to see the fields Relay found.
Step 06
Check it once, then submit.
Relay lays out the customer, the items, the delivery area and the total. Fix anything that needs fixing.
- Tap any line to edit it.
- Confirm the delivery area — the fee sets itself.
- Tap Submit order. Your center sees it the same second.
Step 07
Send the customer their PIN.
Every order comes with a six-digit delivery PIN and a receipt. The customer gives that PIN to the rider at the door, which is what confirms the delivery happened.
- Tap Share receipt with customer.
- Tap Download receipt for your own records.
- They can follow the order at relayapp.ng/track with the PIN — no app, no login.
You're set up as a merchant.
Every order you create now carries a PIN, and the customer follows it themselves.
