What we collect

Account details you give us (name, phone number, email, business name), order data your business enters (customer names, phone numbers, delivery addresses, items, fees), rider location while a rider is on shift, and payment records for orders and Relay billing.

What we use it for

Running deliveries: building orders, assigning riders, tracking, delivery-PIN confirmation, cash-on-delivery reconciliation, and billing your business under its Relay plan. We do not sell your data, and we do not use customer order data for advertising.

Who can see what

A merchant sees their own orders. A delivery business sees the orders it runs. A rider sees the deliveries assigned to them. Public order tracking requires both the order number and the 6-digit delivery PIN.

Where it lives

Data is stored with our cloud database provider under access rules enforced at the database layer. Delivery PINs are stored hashed.

Your choices

Ask us to export or delete your account data at any time: hello@relayapp.ng. Deleting an account removes personal data except records we must keep for billing or legal reasons.
