Questions, answered.
What counts as a trip?
One completed delivery or one completed pickup — both draw from the same bundle at the same rate. Failed and cancelled trips never bill, on any plan.
What happens when I use up my bundle?
Nothing stops. Orders keep processing, and each extra trip bills at your plan's rate — ₦150 on Growth, ₦100 on Scale, ₦50 on Enterprise — on your next cycle.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Moving up from Starter can begin immediately. Later changes are scheduled for your next billing renewal, so a monthly commitment changes monthly and an annual commitment changes at its annual renewal.
Do you charge per merchant, rider, or seat?
No. Invite as many merchants, riders, and staff as you like on any plan — including Starter. Your bill is your plan plus trips, nothing else.
What do my merchants and riders pay?
Nothing, ever. Merchants get orders, inventory, and tracking; riders get trips and proof-of-delivery — both free, on every plan.
What happens to centers already using Relay?
Centers that joined before 28 August 2026 keep the old ₦100-per-delivery rate and free pickups through 26 September 2026. Their selected plan — or Starter if they do nothing — begins on 27 September 2026.
