To every fulfillment center on Relay · 30 August 2026
Our pricing is going up.
Nothing changes for the next month. Here is the whole story, straight: what moves on 27 September, what it costs, and what never changes.
First off, thank you for building on Relay. Running a fulfillment center in Nigeria is relentless work, and we never take it for granted that you trust us to power your operation.
Until 27 September, your rates stay exactly as they are today: ₦100 per delivery, pickups free. From that day, two things change.
We bill per completed trip. Today only deliveries bill and pickups ride free. A trip is one completed delivery or one completed pickup. Both draw from the same bundle at the same rate, and failed and cancelled trips never bill, on any plan.
The single fixed rate goes away. There are four plans now, and the principle is simple: the more trips you run, the less each trip costs you.
Starter
For centers just getting off WhatsApp
₦0/month
₦250 a trip, pay as you go
Growth
For 3–10 trips a day
₦18,000/month
100-trip bundle · then ₦150 a trip
Scale
For 10–30 trips a day
₦48,000/month
300-trip bundle · then ₦100 a trip
Enterprise
For 35+ trips a day
₦120,000/month
1,000-trip bundle · then ₦50 a trip
Pay annually and we cover 2 full months for you.
Let’s be completely honest: if you run a smaller volume, 1 to 2 trips a day, your costs will go up. We won’t sugarcoat that. But as you grow, the math bends your way. On Enterprise, a trip costs ₦50, half of what you pay today.
What will never change: you only ever pay for completed trips, and your team stays free. Add all your merchants, riders and staff. We will never charge you per person, and Relay stays free for merchants and riders on every plan.
Why we’re doing this: we started Relay to fix one neglected problem in last-mile delivery: a real-time system fulfillment centers can trust with their merchants’ stock. Until now we have essentially subsidized that infrastructure. To keep investing in reliability and better tools for your daily operations, the pricing has to sustain it.
What to do now: open Money → Relay billing on your dashboard and pick the plan that matches how you actually run. If you haven’t picked by 27 September, you land on Starter automatically. Nothing stops working, but know what that means: Starter bills every completed delivery and pickup at ₦250, the highest rate on Relay. From about 3 trips a day, Growth already costs less.
If you want to talk through what this means for your center, message us on Relay Support right inside the app, or write to hello@relayapp.ng. A person reads every message.
